3. Minutes for approval of meeting dated 2 March 2026.
4. Matters arising from those minutes not covered elsewhere in the meeting:
I. Drop curbs – accessibility audit.
II. Request for survey for the suitability of the bus shelter sent, confirmation that these will be shared with the parish meeting received.
III. Speed cameras B1398. The speed sign on the B1398 has been passed to the street lighting department of LCC to look into.
5. Reports:
i. Finance: Reports on accounts and AGAR timetable.
ii. Playground -inspection received
iii. Village Hall
iv. Sub committees.
v. Community Trust Update:
a) Mr W Rose has kindly offered to deal with the village hall trust.
b) Quotes back from Chattertons & Pepperdines. regarding updating village hall trustees – approx., £2000-2,500.
c) Recent meeting of Amenity land Trustees decided they want to wind up the Trust Objectives into the new one for the village hall.
d) The trust will pay for the additional cost. Trustees needed for a combined Village Hall & amenity land.
