3. AGM –
Appointments / review of officers in posts- Chair, Vice Chair, RFO and clerk.
4. Annual review and approve formal documents. Standing Orders, Financial Regulations etc. Asset Register -one alteration bench added. All documents available for review on the website, at this stage there are no proposed changes unless any are submitted ahead of or brought to the meeting.
5. Minutes for approval of meeting dated 3rd April 2022.
6. Matters arising from those minutes not covered elsewhere in the meeting:

i. Finance: Reports on accounts.
Annual Governance and Accountability Returns (AGAR) for 2022-23 financial year, with timescale as follows: Internal audit of accounts to be available for the AGM 08/05, with meeting on 05/06 to approve statements. Exercise of public rights agreed for the period Monday 12/06 to Friday 21/07. Deadline for submission of AGAR is currently Monday 03/07/2023
ii. Village Hall report:
New Committee formation.
